Content updates will be made within 24 – 48 hours after it was submitted.

Content updates will only be accepted via our online content feedback tool. This will track each content update request and will ensure that it is completed correctly within the estimated timeline. 

You can request as many content updates / revisions as you need during this 30-day period.

After the 30-days you will have the option to easily make content updates by yourself or we can do it for you if you subscribe to one of our website maintenance packages.  

Our estimated time required to complete your website will depend on the scope of your specific project. 

This process can take from as little as 7 days but may take up to 30 – 60 days to complete depending on your specific project requirements. 

A more accurate estimation will be communicated once the entire scope of project is finalized. 

We will commence the work after we have received a non-refundable initial deposit of 50%. 

Please also keep in mind that we rely on you and your team to provide us with the necessary assets (including but not limited to website text, photos, videos, social media, products, pricing, etc.), and approvals in order for us to work on your website, and to avoid impacting your website launch date.

Orders & Payments

6.1. The Client must place all orders for products or services in our online store at https://responsivewebstudios.co.za.

6.2. A summary with order number is generated at checkout for the products or services you have chosen.

6.3. The Client must pay the full amount for each order placed. The funds must be cleared and available before The Company will commence with any work.

6.4. The Company will provide the Client with an invoice for any payments made.

6.5. Price Changes – The Company reserves the right to change, modify, cancel or upgrade/downgrade a product or service without any prior notice or consent. Prices of all products and services are subject to change without any prior notice or consent.

6.6. Late Payments – Clients have a 5 day grace period after the invoice due date to pay all outstanding amounts. Services will then be suspended if no payments were received and additional LATE PAYMENT FEES will be applicable and allocated to your account.  

6.7. All prices are quoted in ZAR South African Rands; however, transactions may be processed in an equivalent foreign currency.

6.7.2. Ozow (previously iPay) – Payment Gateway (Instant EFT to Absa, Capitec Bank, First National Bank, Investec, Nedbank, and Standard Bank).

6.7.3. PayFast – Payment Gateway (Instant EFT to Absa, Capitec Bank, First National Bank, Investec, Nedbank, and Standard Bank); (Credit & Cheque card for VISA & MASTERCARD); (Masterpass, also pay with Zapper); (Bitcoin);

6.9. Proof Of Payment – Due to online fraud, proof of payment will only be accepted on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of Responsive Web Studios.

6.9.1. Proof of payments that were sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or screen clippings will not be accepted.

6.9.2. Proof of payments that was sent via email directly from a client’s bank will be accepted after an internal screening process to validate that the payment was made.

6.9.3. If proof of payment cannot be validated, the funds will only be allocated to a client’s account once it is visible/available in Responsive Web studios bank account.  

6.9.4. Always ensure to use the correct reference number. Your INVOICE NUMBER is the only reference that will be accepted and used to allocate funds to your account.

Refund Policy

7.1. Due to the nature of the products and services offered on this website, refunds are not given because it is impossible for the Client to return the products or services rendered. No refunds are provided on products or services purchased other than as required by law, in particular, the South African Law, unless otherwise agreed by the Company in its sole discretion.

7.2. The Company believes in and stand behind our products and services 100%. Clients that are unhappy with their purchase, or have issues that the Company are unable to resolve which makes the product or service unusable, we will be happy to consider offering a refund.

7.3. Refunds will be offered at the Company’s sole discretion and must meet all of the criteria below to be considered:

7.4. 1. A refund request must be received in writing at billing@responsivewebstudios.co.za with full disclosure as to the reason why the product does not reach your expectations within the first 14 days after the commencement date. Under no circumstances will refunds be considered, approved or issued after 14 days.

7.4.2. The Company must have access to all systems/software where products and services were used and installed.

7.4.3. The Company must gain access and deactivate all relevant products and services that were purchased.

7.5. No refunds are allowed for third-party software, products or services that were purchased or additional charges incurred to start or complete the client’s order such as domains, hosting, setup fees, and banking charges. All this will be deducted from the total refund amount if approved. The client will have full ownership of domains and hosting services purchased.

7.6. When approved, the Company will refund the Client within two calendar months from the date that the refund request was received if all the refund criteria were complied with. There might be a delay with the refund date or no refund if the client does not comply with the refund criteria. The refund will be made in ZAR South African Rands; however, transactions may be processed in an equivalent foreign currency. The refund payment method will be at the Company’s sole discretion.

7.7. By purchasing products and services from our website, the Client agrees to the company’s refund policy and waive any rights to subject it to any judgment, legal actions or questions.

9.2. Upon the successful delivery of the product or service, a Client’s access to support is terminated.

9.4. The Company does not provide support for third-party products/services or software. We do not offer support with third-party software customization, alteration or feature addition, nor do we guarantee that our products or services will be compatible with third-party software or services.

9.5. The company’s products and services are rendered “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function precisely as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party software.

9.6. Support and updates for the Company products and services are rendered as long as the Company is actively in business.
